EU’s Southern drive is the impossible alternative – ideology

European Union’s Southern Drive

Shada IslamYaleGlobal, 30 May 2003

“Despite apparent attempts by the US to lead the world in every way and area, when it comes to northern Africa and the Middle East, the European Union has its own ideas. Europe’s importation of immigrant labor to support its aging population has contributed to a buildup of over 13 million Muslims of Middle Eastern descent across the continent. In the face of continued economic shifts and the changing character of its population, the EU is now reaching out to 10 ‘southern Mediterranean’ states from Morocco to Syria, hoping to induce democratic reforms and political modernization in the region. But a bold new EU plan for “integration and cooperation” is predicated on the peaceful resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict – something that will take Washington’s active involvement to achieve…” – YaleGlobal

“…European governments are realizing they must forge stronger contacts with nations whose workers are needed to replace the EU’s ageing workforce. Finally, to tackle the “root causes” of extremism, Europe must help Arab countries to become more democratic…”

“This blueprint for a reconfigured EU is simple enough: Europe’s southern neighbors must be allowed to become a part of an EU “area of cooperation and integration,” says Prodi. Unlike countries to Europe’s east, including the Balkan States, which have been promised EU membership, Prodi has made it clear that Europe’s southern neighbors will not have the status of full-fledged EU members. Nonetheless, they can become part of a wider Europe, sharing “everything but institutions” with an expanded EU. This will require that the EU use the same techniques that it utilized successfully to speed up reform in the central and eastern European states…”

“This isn’t the EU’s first attempt to initiate a policy for countries on its southern rim. EU launched a so-called Euro-Mediterranean “partnership” in Barcelona in November 1995 in response to the US-led Middle East peace process. The blueprint focused on building a European-Mediterranean Free Trade Zone, and promoting north-south cultural cooperation. EU governments also provided millions of euros in aid to build the region’s transport, telecommunication, and electricity infrastructure…”

“Despite all the rhetoric, few EU governments have any illusion about their ability to reshape the Middle East. US involvement is critical in ensuring that Israel begins implementing the peace plan it reluctantly accepted last week…”

Video reports from various Turkish television news programmes on Hizb ut-Tahrir Turkey’s activities in Beyazit, Istanbul in 2005

See a video on the activities:

A threat to American interests:

“Hizb ut-Tahrir al-Islami (Islamic Party of Liberation) is an emerging threat to American interests in Central and South Asia and the Middle East. It is a clandestine, cadre-operated, radical Islamist political organization that operates in 40 countries around the world, with headquarters apparently in London. Its proclaimed goal is jihad against America and the overthrow of existing political regimes and their replacement with a Caliphate (Khilafah in Arabic), a theocratic dictatorship based on the Shari’a (religious Islamic law)…”

In Denmark it operates legally, while Denmark is a central allied of USA???

Terror taught by Mickey Mouse

Filed under: Demographics, Fertility, hate-crimes, Islam, perspectives, Research, Terror — jensn @ 12:17 pm

Teaches terror to kids by using Mickey Mouse:

We remember the small kids 7-9 years old in Gellerup, Aarhus, Denmark in the early 1990s when they informed us after we have corrected some of their noisy habits or other ill-doings:

“Just wait until we shall be plenty enough”.

We then wondered where they had learnt to say so?

Increase-rate among Arabs in Jerusalem is twice that of the Jews

Filed under: Demographics, Fertility, Islam, migration, Research, Statistics — jensn @ 4:20 pm

From Jerusalem Post, May 8, 2007:
Question asked of Jerusalem Post columnists: “The capital’s Arab population has increased at more than twice the rate of its Jewish inhabitants over the last decade, a recent survey has found. Another study predicts that if Jerusalem’s borders remain unchanged, only 60% of the capital’s residents will be Jews by 2020, with the remaining 40% Arab.

In Denmark the most foreign foreigners give birth to half of the cohort every year right now even though their percentage of the inhabitants is 15 pct:
Documentation: http://danmark.wordpress.com/2007/03/08/israelsk-forsker-kommer-til-samme-resultat/

Another Israeli analysis claims that the number of Arabs and the number og Jews will equalize within 25 years.

The most foreign foreigner, almost Muslims all of them, give birth to more than three times the number of that of the Danish women. So when do think it will turn over in Denmark, when you remember that the number of the influx has even made new records for the last two years?

Speed of influx of immigrant rised by 28 p.c. in 2006, speed of influx of most foreign immigrants rised by 14 p.c. :

Correction population prognosis Januar 1 2006 (just notice the curves if don’t read Danish)

Sweden has 23 p.c. most foreign foreigner no matter what you read should be the official number. I would say we had hope for some kind co-operation with worried Jews taken into account:

The Judes have priority number one as hate-object in the Islamic world
Denmark, Sweden and the Jews have helped each other earlier
Our mutual cultural/religious background has very long roots, indeed.

Nostradamus predicts war 2007-2012

Filed under: Islam, Terror, Terrorism, War — jensn @ 5:25 pm

We have always had some difficulties to believe the prophecies of Nostradamus. The reason is of course that most the events already have happened before the prophecies was officially given to the public.

From: http://www.nostradamusonline.com/?gclid=CNHL4IuyyowCFRcGEgodcDR2aQ

If you prefer the German version:

“In May 2005, members of the Italian National Library in Rome made an amazing discovery. Buried in their archives was an unknown manuscript written by the famed prophet Michel de Nostradame, or Nostradamus (1503-1566). This manuscript was handed down to his son and later donated to Pope Urban VIII. It did not surface again until now, almost four hundred years later.

Using cutting-edge data mining techniques, Dr. Rathford sifted this complex word puzzle searching for significant patterns and relationships. Almost immediately, he came up with the predictive model known as The Nostradamus Code

When the prophecies-within-prophecies are deciphered, the hidden timeline of World War III is revealed. A sample of the new predictions include:

A conflict between the US and Iran
The next major terrorist attack on the US
Osama Bin Laden
The nuclear destruction of Rome”
