So-called genocide in Kosovo a wild exaggeration

Deads in Kosovo Exaggerated

Despite Administration claims last spring, the number of ethnic Albanians killed by Serbs in Kosovo never approached “genocide.” Implications that 100,000+ civilians were murdered are groundless, investigators now say. According to Spanish pathologist Emilio Perez Pujol, head of a team of investigators, “I calculate that the final figure of dead in Kosovo will be 2,500 at the most.” Critics say the inflated numbers were used to justify U.S. Military intervention.” (The VFW Magazine, Page 8, January 2000). This war was created in order to further enhance the impression upon the American people that we must become the world’s policemen, and guess what, under the umbrella of UN.

  3. Dearest merciful Sonia,
maybe you have know a nicer word other than genocide for the ruthless murder of 2500 men women and children. How about if I gather up some thugs, murder your family, rape you a dozen times, keep you prisoner so my buddies can get some ass also and kill 2500 other people in your village and surrounding villages. Would that upset you enough to warrant military interventiion? What is the minimum number of murders in your opinion that would justify outside military intervention? Why not google images for “kosovo genocide” and see the images of many of those 2500 people. Whether press reports were exaggerated or not, I find your comments to be the sad result of isolationism and indifference typical in western civilization.

  4. I agree, but when the press exaggerates most substantially, you want me to say nothing.
That is not acceptable, and it shall never be.
